Fiebig, Sheaves on affine flag varieties, projective representations and Lusztig's conjectures

We ... give a new proof of Lusztig's modular multiplicity conjecture for almost all characteristics. Our approach is independent of the localization result of Kashiwara-Tanisaki and the Kazhdan-Lusztig equivalence.
